MicHoldings, believes in the Person Centered Plan (PCP ) which could be summarized in the following statements:
- The consumer would be the primary decision maker in his/her PCP plan.
- Consumers must have choices and options about their lives.
- Consumers deserve equal access to medical, housing, educational, recreational, transportation and other community services.
- Consumers’ family members and friends are resources that are available to participate in the planning and rehabilitation process of the consumer.
- Great and effective service can only be delivered to the consumer if it is backed by solid financial and administrative practices.
- Exceptional quality care that is quantifiable and measurable is an essential material in our system of service.
- Family members and friends are to be commended for their active role in helping the consumer in the journey of integration back into the community.
